bio
Jonathan grew up in Mathews County, Virginia and is married to his wonderful wife, Anna Marie. Jonathan and Anna Marie have three children: Isaac, Kayla, and Lena. He became a Christian during his senior year at Virginia Tech and followed a call to ministry after several years of working as an environmental engineer. He received his MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary in May of 2009 and started as youth director at New Town UMC in the summer of 2009. He has been involved in youth ministry for most of his Christian life, serving both as a volunteer at a church in North Carolina and on staff as youth pastor at a non-denominational church in Kentucky. Most of all, Jonathan just loves Jesus and wants everyone to know and love him as well.
